Woodland Run

It all started on a ferry ride. Because when you’re based on Salt Spring Island, off the coast of Vancouver, B.C., all things do. A chance encounter, leading to a rehearsal, and then a show. To now, four musicians who are tinkering with grooves, melodies, and progressions that feel familiar, yet fresh. Tight pockets uncoiling into open drones. Drums, guitars, keyboards, trumpets, and the occasional train whistle, taking listeners on a ride that invites them to slow down, while launching them into new spaces.
